Description We are looking for a meticulous Accounting Associate to join our team in Allegan, Michigan. Responsibilities: u2022 Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and timeliness. u2022 Perform detailed data entry to maintain accurate financial records and databases. u2022 Review and process invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. u2022 Assist in the coordination of accounting projects and provide administrative support as needed. u2022 Verify and reconcile financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. u2022 Generate financial reports and summaries for management review. u2022 Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency. u2022 Handle confidential information with discretion and care. u2022 Respond to inquiries related to accounting operations in a timely and thorough manner. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. u2022 Proficiency in data entry and financial record management. u2022 Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, and invoice processing tools. u2022 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. u2022 Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data. u2022 Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. u2022 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. u2022 Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
