What Youu2019ll Do + Set up Thermoplastic and LSR molding machines following standardized procedures to support highu2011quality production. + Perform daily mold maintenance , ensuring consistent performance and longevity of molds and tooling. + Set up and verify endu2011ofu2011arm tooling , robots, hot runner systems, cold decks, and processu2011monitoring equipment. + Load correct programs into machines, robots, and monitoring systems. + Record process parameters accurately in ERP/IQMS and configure work cells per worku2011center layouts. + Inspect molds and ensure proper treatment after each production run. u2b50 What You Bring + At least 1 year of Thermoplastic/LSR setup experience or completion of Mold Technician Level One training. + Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to thrive in a fastu2011paced, technical environment. + Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. + High School Diploma or equivalent. ? Preferred Skills + Troubleshooting and problemu2011solving abilities. + Experience reading blueprints. + Experience in machine operation and preventive maintenance. ?
