Clean Room Operator

Job Title: Clean Room Operator Job Description We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Clean Room Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for removing parts from an injection mold machine and performing secondary operations with specific instructions. Your duties will include labeling and packaging parts as they are molded, ensuring all tasks are performed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities + Operate injection mold machines and perform secondary operations. + Label and package parts as they are molded. + Read, understand, and follow work instructions diligently. + Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with clean room standards. Essential Skills + Ability to operate machines and perform assembly operations. + Experience in general production, clean room, or medical assembly environments. + Strong understanding of clean room protocols and procedures. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 0-6 months of manufacturing experience. + Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures. + Punctuality and reliability are essential. Why Work Here? Work Environment Our clean room manufacturing facility is clean, well-lit, and temperature controlled. The environment is welcoming and inclusive. Employees must adhere to clean room attire, including gowns, booties, masks, and safety glasses. The schedule operates on a 2/2/3 rotation with 12-hour shifts, offering every other weekend off. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BALDWIN, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
