Warehouse Supervisor

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor Job Description We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a working leadership role. In this position, you will lead a team of three workers while also carrying out standard warehouse tasks. Your primary duty will be to ensure inventory accuracy, control, and timely shipment of finished devices or components. Responsibilities + Lead the team to receive, ship out, and inventory products. + Allocate tasks to the team daily and handle personnel issues in collaboration with the plant director. + Drive 5S functions to organize materials, improve warehouse efficiency, and enhance product flow. + Operate warehouse tools such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move products. Essential Skills + Logistics experience + Inventory management + Supervision skills + Shipping and receiving proficiency + Warehouse operation knowledge + Experience with RF scanners Additional Skills & Qualifications + 3-5 years of experience in logistics + 2-3 years in a warehouse/logistics supervisory or working lead role + Experience with SAP or other inventory computer-based systems + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite + Experience in a medical or regulated manufacturing environment + Training in 5S, Six Sigma, or Lean manufacturing (preferred) Why Work Here?
