Job Title: Electrician (Mechanics) and Lead/True Foreman Job Description We are seeking experienced Electricians and a Lead/True Foreman to support our commercial and warehouse electrical projects. This temp-to-perm role offers full-time hours with the potential for permanent employment, starting next week. $30-$35/hr to start with room for growth. Responsibilities + Install conduit for electrical systems and relocate services as needed. + Bend pipes and install feeders and panels. + Supervise and lead teams, ensuring project deadlines are met. + Coordinate effectively with project managers. + Work independently or lead crews of 5u201310 electricians. Essential Skills + Mechanic Electrician experience. + At least 6-8+ years of commercial or industrial experience. + Proficiency in pipe bending, conduit installation, and feeder/panel work. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Minimum OSHA 10 certification. + Valid lift certifications. + Strong commercial/warehouse electrical experience. + Foreman requires CPR certification. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlstadt, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
