Description We are looking for a skilled Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Cambridge, Massachusetts. In this role, you will provide hands-on IT support and troubleshooting services to ensure smooth operations for end-users. This is a long-term contract position offering an exciting opportunity to work within the health and biotech industry. Responsibilities: u2022 Deliver onsite IT support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues. u2022 Operate and manage IT kiosks to assist users with technical inquiries and resolutions. u2022 Administer and maintain systems using Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, and Azure. u2022 Respond to and resolve service desk tickets efficiently, ensuring timely solutions. u2022 Perform basic troubleshooting for IT systems to minimize downtime and improve user experience. u2022 Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in IT support processes. u2022 Provide guidance and training to users on system functionalities and best practices. u2022 Monitor and report system performance issues to ensure optimal functionality. u2022 Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, processes, and user requests. Requirements u2022 At least 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field. u2022 Proficiency in Active Directory and Microsoft Windows 10. u2022 Strong knowledge of Office 365 and Azure environments. u2022 Demonstrated skills in basic troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. u2022 Experience handling service desk tickets and providing timely resolutions. u2022 Ability to work onsite and interact directly with end-users. u2022 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. u2022 Familiarity with IT support tools and processes.
