Inside Sales/Customer Support Specialist

Position: Inside Sales & Customer Support SpecialistType: Full time, Direct HireLocation: Lynnwood Pay: $22- $27 per hour, DOESchedule: Monday-Friday Job Details We are seeking a Inside Sales & Customer Support Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, comfortable with inside sales, and eager to grow within the LED lighting and control systems industry. The right candidate will be self-driven, motivated, and flexible, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position offers long-term career potential for someone interested in lighting technology and sales support. Responsibilities Assist customers and clients with inquiries about LED lighting products and configurations Process phone orders and close sales while providing product support and troubleshooting assistance Provide tracking information and product details via email, answer questions regarding products and services Pass qualified leads and large bids to the Sales Department Follow up with key clients to maintain strong relationships Assist with product shipments, inventory adjustments, and warehouse tasks Put away shipments and retrieve products using safety ladders Safely lift, carry, and handle boxes and materials as needed Qualifications / Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and/or inside sales Strong phone sales and customer support experience with the ability to work independently and resolve problems effectively Physically capable of lifting boxes, handling inventory, and using safety ladders Reliable personal vehicle required Interest in LED lighting technology and control systems, Electrical and/or lighting experience is a PLUS Proficiency with Excel and Word (computer-based role) Self-motivated, organized, enthusiastic, and able to build rapport with clients Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create lasting customer relationships Benefits Available to Eligible Express Associates:- Medical Plan- Dental Plan- Holiday Pay (6 Days Observed)- 401 (k) Retirement Savings Plan- Vision/Eyewear Plan- Life Insurance- Prescription Drug Reimbursement- Short-Term Disability- Referral Bonuses Express Office: Lynnwood19009 33rd Ave W Ste 204Lynnwood, WA 98036425-775-4903 #ExpressProsLynnwoodWA #2592OS
