Description A growing, missionu2011driven organization is seeking a strategic, emotionally intelligent Social Media Strategist to lead its digital presence across multiple platforms. This role goes beyond traditional postingu2014it requires a marketingu2011minded communicator who understands how to grow audiences, increase subscriptions, and strengthen brand visibility through meaningful, humanu2011centered engagement. The ideal candidate brings strong B2C experience, a deep understanding of digital behavior, and the ability to translate analytics into impactful content and community-building initiatives. What Youu2019ll Do: + Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organizational goals. + Build and manage content calendars for consistent, cohesive output. + Research trends, monitor the competitive landscape, and identify emerging opportunities. + Maintain brand integrity while responding to platform shifts, workforce conversations, and cultural moments. + Think strategically about audience growth, positioning, and long-term visibility. + Execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and additional emerging platforms. + Create and publish content centered on career growth, detail oriented development, and emotional wellness. + Ensure visual, tonal, and messaging consistency across all channels. + Respond to comments, messages, and conversations to build trust and meaningful interaction. + Cultivate relationships with influencers and advocates. + Manage audience interactions and support community needs. + Plan and execute campaigns designed to increase engagement, visibility, and subscriptions. + Support content initiatives related to partnerships, events, and thought leadership. + Track KPIs and interpret what platform data reveals about audience behavior. + Present insights to leadership and recommend datau2011driven adjustments. + Test, iterate, and refine content based on ongoing analysis and community feedback. + Understand how content contributes to topu2011 and midu2011funnel activity. + Partner with Marketing, Creative, PR, and Sales teams to support integrated initiatives. + Work with leadership and subjectu2011matter experts to translate insights into compelling content. Requirements + Bacheloru2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. + Minimum of four years of detail oriented social media experience, including time as a Social Media Coordinator. + Proven background managing social media for a detail oriented services brand, missionu2011driven organization, or personal brand. + Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to convey empathy, clarity, and credibility. + Experience creating or directing shortu2011form video content. + Strong understanding of platformu2011specific best practices (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit). + Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively. + Demonstrated track record of growing engagement and subscriptions organically. + Comfort engaging with topics related to employment, career transitions, and personal development. + Familiarity with SEO basics, paid social, algorithm behavior, and analytics tools. + Experience using scheduling and design tools such as Hootsuite, Canva, and analytics dashboards. + Strong creative thinking, organization, and problemu2011solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in workforce development, education, mental wellness, or careeru2011focused industries. Basic understanding of social insights, analytics, and performance tracking. Experience working with content calendars, brand guidelines, and crossu2011functional teams.
