About the Role As a CNC Machine Operator , you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process by operating production and assembly equipment with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities + Operate CNC and production assembly equipment with precision. + Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gage blocks, and other basic measuring tools. + Interpret blueprints, follow instructions, and uphold safety protocols. + Troubleshoot issues and perform machine setups as needed. + Work both independently and collaboratively to meet production goals. + Perform physical tasks such as walking, climbing, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 25 lbs. + Be flexible with job assignments and overtime when required. ?ufe0f Essential Skills & Experience + Hands-on CNC machine operation and setup experience. + Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills (addition, multiplication). + Experience with metal fabrication, CNC machining, and punch press/break machines. + Ability to perform troubleshooting and machine adjustments confidently. u2b50 Additional Qualifications + Familiarity with press brakes, blueprints, and measurement tools. + Strong communication skills across diverse teams and leadership levels. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ?
