Part-Time Receptionist Location: On-Site FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly) Position Summary We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Part-Time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our escrow and title company. In this role, you will provide exceptional front-desk service to clients, lenders, real estate agents, and other stakeholders while supporting the daily administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and comfortable working in a fast-paced real estate environment. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Client Services u2022 Greet and welcome clients, real estate agents, lenders, and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor. u2022 Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly; take accurate messages and route inquiries to the appropriate staff member. u2022 Manage the front lobby area to ensure it remains tidy, organized, and presentable at all times. u2022 Schedule and confirm appointments for escrow officers and other team members. u2022 Notify escrow officers and staff of client arrivals and coordinate signing appointments. Administrative Support u2022 Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries; prepare outgoing mail and overnight shipments as needed. u2022 Scan, copy, file, and maintain physical and electronic documents in accordance with company procedures. u2022 Assist escrow officers and support staff with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and file organization. u2022 Order and maintain office supplies inventory, notifying management when stock is low. u2022 Maintain confidentiality of all client and transaction information in compliance with company policy and applicable laws. Escrow & Title Support u2022 Assist with the receipt and logging of earnest money deposits, checks, and wires; provide receipts as directed. u2022 Prepare basic correspondence, labels, and envelopes for escrow files. u2022 Support the team with document tracking and deadline reminders as assigned. u2022 Assist with preparation and distribution of closing packages and HUD/settlement statements as directed.
