Project Scheduler

Job Description Our customer is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and actively manage contractu2011compliant project schedules for Military Construction (MILCON) projects. This role ensures schedules accurately reflect the contractoru2019s execution plan, current progress, and forecasted completion. The schedule serves as a critical tool for project controls, coordination, and Government reporting. The Project Scheduler owns schedule integrity and compliance, supporting baseline approvals, monthly updates, delay analysis, and scheduleu2011driven communication with Government stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and experience with DoD / USACE scheduling practices are required. Key Responsibilities u2003u2022 Develop and maintain fully logicu2011driven design and construction schedules in Primavera P6, including appropriate predecessor and successor relationships. u2003u2022 Ensure schedules accurately reflect: u2003u2003u25cb Design phases u2003u2003u25cb Submittals and review periods u2003u2003u25cb Procurement lead times u2003u2003u25cb Construction sequencing u2003u2003u25cb Inspections, testing, and closeout activities u2003u2022 Configure and manage Primavera P6 project settings, calendars, activity coding structures, and percent complete rules in accordance with contract requirements. u2003u2022 Coordinate schedule development with project management, construction, quality, safety, design, and procurement teams. u2003u2022 Prepare and submit monthly schedule updates reflecting actual progress, remaining work, and forecasted completion dates. u2003u2022 Produce concise schedule narratives addressing: u2003u2003u25cb Overall progress u2003u2003u25cb Critical path status u2003u2003u25cb Changes since the prior update u2003u2003u25cb Potential risks and delays u2003u2022 Support Time Impact Analyses (TIAs) for contract modifications, change orders, and delay events. u2003u2022 Prepare 3u2011Week Looku2011Ahead schedules. u2003u2022 Coordinate weekly planning efforts with field teams to support: u2003u2003u25cb Crew planning u2003u2003u25cb Inspections u2003u2003u25cb Outages u2003u2003u25cb Key coordination meetings u2003u2022 Ensure project correspondence, RFIs, reports, and test documentation reference applicable schedule activities where required.
