We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to leadthe strategy, roadmap, and execution of Servicing capabilities across digitaland agentu2011assistedchannels. This role combines deep servicing expertise, retail/offeru2011order thinking, andenterprise product leadership, operating at the intersection of commercialstrategy, operations, and core technical platforms. This Product Manager will own the next generation of howcustomers view, receive, and redeem value across our ecosystem. They will lead the vision, strategy, andexecution of endu2011tou2011end value delivery experiences u2014 redefining what u201cvalueu201dmeans for customers and how seamlessly it shows up in their journey.Ultimately, this PM will transform value from a static benefit into a dynamic,differentiated experience that reinforces why customers choose and stay withus. Key Responsibilities: + Own the endu2011tou2011end product strategy for servicing andvalue-delivery capabilities, defining longu2011term vision, outcomes, andmeasurable success criteria. + Lead the next generation of customer value experiences,ensuring customers clearly understand, receive, and redeem value seamlesslyacross their journey. + Develop and manage a multiu2011year roadmap that balancesmodernization of core servicing platforms with customeru2011facing experienceimprovements. + Partner with Engineering, CX, Operations, Marketing, andCommercial teams to deliver scalable, flexible, and reliable servicingsolutions. + Define and evolve value distribution and redemptionmechanisms, optimizing for transparency, speed, and personalization. + Drive requirements, prioritization, and tradeoffdecisions, ensuring delivery remains aligned to business goals and platformconstraints. + Champion customer insights and datau2011driven decisions toidentify friction points, unlock new servicing opportunities, and continuouslyrefine the experience. + Ensure alignment across the enterprise by communicatingstrategy, progress, and impacts to senior leadership and key stakeholders. + Promote operational excellence, ensuring solutions scaleefficiently, reduce agent pain points, and support effective servicingworkflows. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) + Proven success in understanding and managing complexprocesses. + Able to demonstrate intellectual curiosity and criticalthinking + Experience translating a business vision into writtentechnical requirements. + Ability to communicate clearly to business leaders andtechnical developers. + Must have the ability to work well with diverse groups ina time sensitive and team environment with minimal supervision. + Results oriented and capable of meeting or exceedingdeadlines with attention to detail and follow through. + Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self,others, and personal data. + Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. + Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high schoolequivalency. + Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to workin the United States. What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) + Bachelor's Degree with at least 5+ years of relevant workexperience. + Preferred Major in quantitative discipline such asManagement Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, orEngineering. + Combination of at least 5+ years of relevant workingexperience in Revenue Management, Internal or External channels, BusinessIntelligence, and Data Analytics. + Experience in at least one commercial or operationsfunction such as Reservations, ACS, eCommerce, Revenue Management, Sales, or ITpreferred. + Experience working in an Agile environment as a ProductManager/Owner.
