Required scheduled is every other weekend (or 3 weekends out of 6 week schedule) both Saturday and Sunday. Clinic hours are 9-5:30p on Saturdays and 9-4:30p on Sundays. Hourly Payrate Range for this weekend position and location is $72.15-$84/hr based on experience. MinuteClinic has been awarded the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Pathway to Excellenceu00ae designation, recognizing organizations committed to healthy work environments through Transformational Leadership, Quality, Safety, Shared Governance, Well being, and Professional Development. ________________________________________ Our Providers Enjoy: u2022 Autonomy to run your own practice with dedicated collaborator and organizational support u2022 Flexible scheduling u2022 Strong worku2013life balance u2022 Exceptional tools, training, and clinical resources u2022 Evidence based guidelines and access to assessment and treatment planning tools u2022 Ability to practice at the top of your clinical license with support from the clinical care team u2022 Significant career growth and development opportunities u2022 Charting and follow up completed during your scheduled shiftu2014no work taken home ________________________________________ You Will: u2022 Provide evidence based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of acute and chronic conditions, health counseling, and disposition planning u2022 Complete administrative duties such as inventory management, opening/closing the clinic, patient follow up, insurance verification, and payment collection u2022 Manage patient appointments and perform routine examinations supporting strong health outcomes u2022 Perform diagnostic testing, provide preventive counseling, treat injuries and illnesses, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals u2022 Promote patient engagement through screenings, wellness services, and chronic disease management ________________________________________ Required Qualifications: For Nurse Practitioners (NPs): u2022 Minimum one year of NP experience is required u2022 Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in good standing u2022 Ability to provide holistic, evidence based care including counseling around pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex practices u2022 Ability to order/administer vaccines and injections (COVID 19, influenza, TB testing, Depo Provera, etc.) u2022 Completion of DOT certification exam required within 30 days of employment u2022 Bilingual proficiency may be required depending on market u2022 Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (CPR/AED) u2022 Ability to pass a respirator FIT test ________________________________________ For Physician Associates (PAs): u2022 Minimum one year of PA experience is required u2022 Master of Science in Physician Assistant/Associate Studies, or another health related master's degree together with a Bachelor of Science in PA Studies/Physician Associate Studies u2022 Current NCCPA National Board Certification u2022 Active state license to practice as a Physician Associate in the state of employment (or eligibility upon hire) u2022 Completion of DOT certification exam required within 30 days of employment u2022 Active BLS certification (CPR/AED) u2022 Ability to pass a respirator FIT test ________________________________________ Education Requirements: Nurse Practitioners: u2022 Masteru2019s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program u2022 Current National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC) u2022 Active state APRN license Physician Associates: u2022 Master of Science in Physician Assistant/Associate Studies OR other health related masteru2019s degree plus Bachelor of Science in PA Studies/Physician Associate Studies u2022 Current NCCPA certification u2022 Active state PA/Physician Associate license ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications: u2022 EPIC EHR experience preferred Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46.03 - $99.14 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
