Be the Best Regional VP Operations, Hospice You Can Be If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you + 10-15 years of management experience-multi site required + 7-10 years in healthcare experience, preferably on a large geographic scale + Bacheloru2019s degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Nursing or equivalent experience required + Experience with Medicare and Medicaid required + Strong P&L experience required Responsibilities: + Responsible for the financial oversight of the region, including analysis of financial statements and activity reports to ensure the business objectives are met. + Implements and manages operational and revenue budgets while creating strategic plans to maximize profitability, market share, and the efficient use of capitol. + Delivers effective and consistent leadership and support to locations within his/her assigned area of responsibility by communicating the organizationsu2019 goals, priorities, and professional standards with the team that meet or exceed company objectives. + Work closely with operational management to innovate and carry out plans of correction as needed while encouraging his/her branch employeeu2019s adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
