Adecco is currently hiring for a company that is known for a look that is consistently at the forefront of style and quality. The company designs, produces and showcases custom made furniture products. POSITION: METAL FINISHER POSITION PROFILE: Performs the finishing/patina finish on metal parts from a set of components previously prepared and tailored for finishing. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: + Finishing of components: + Product completion per Production Schedule. + Meet all critical product characteristics and color matching master sample. + Maintain work station clean, organized and safe. + Use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required. + Maintain the time sheet accurate and on time. + Observe all company policies and standard practices. + Participate on all required continuous improvement activities. REQUIRED SKILLS Minimum Qualifications + Desirable experience on metal finishing techniques such: + Patina finishing using wet rags and rinsing. + Toning and Top coating using spray cans. + Reading and understanding mixing specifications. + Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment while managing multiple projects. + Strong attention to detail and flawless results. + Ability to communicate with multiple levels within an organization and be a team member + A high school diploma or equivalent (GED), or work experience which demonstrates performance competency JOB LOCATION Farmers Branch, Texas, United States POSITION TYPE Hourly Pay Details: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
