You'll serve as a trusted advisor tosenior leaders, influencing decisions that shape team effectiveness,engagement, and long-term growth. Quickly build trusted, effective relationships withthe Chief Revenue Officer and Revenue leadership team. Mentor, coach andprovide feedback to managers at all levels. See around corners andadvise on people and talent strategies when appropriate. Partner withemployee relations to resolve complex issues. Work closely with GTMleadership and team members globally to improve work relationships,elevate employee engagement, and increase productivity and retention.Partner with TA, L&D and EX team members to drive GTM specific talentinitiatives where it aligns with business strategy. Be a culturechampion and advocate for our company values, helping the businessensure Cribl remains a place where people do their best work. You willbe part of a kick ass PBP team, reporting to the Sr. Director of TalentSuccess & People Business Partners. If You've Got It - We Want It 10+years of proven experience as a People Business Partner to a Revenueorganization. Experience with organizational design, change management,manager development, compensation and employee relations. Knowledge inPeople/HR policies & procedures with a demonstrated track record ofprioritizing, defining, developing, and rolling out scalable solutionsthat address the needs of the business. Demonstrated practice ofinterpreting data and analytics, drawing upon insights, and leveragingestablished benchmarks/case studies to inform talent interventions andinfluence business outcomes. Strong organization, interpersonal, andcommunication skills with demonstrated experience presenting to largegroups, leaders, and teammates of all levels. Deep understanding ofrelevant employment laws, knowledge of regulatory and employment bestpractices across multiple countries. Experience working with leadersacross multiple countr ies and an understanding of cultural differencesinforming global people strategy.
