As an Experienced Form ConcreteCarpenter with Findorff, you are skilled in building and assembling avariety of Findorff's forming systems for concrete structures,including foundations, walls, floors, and other cast-in-place concreteelements. Skills and Qualifications: Experience as a form concretecarpenter in various construction projects. Experience with concreteformwork systems such as: Peri, Jahn, Symons, and Aluma. Proficient inusing hand tools and power tools. Capability to lift heavy materials,work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks. Commitment tofollowing all safety protocols and regulations on construction site.Demonstrates reliability and dependability by consistently showing up ontime, meeting deadlines, and following through on commitments. KeyResponsibilities: Accurately build and set up complex concrete formsusing various materials like plywood, lumber, and specialty formworksystems, including aligning, bracing, and securing forms to precisespecifications. Precisely measure, mark, and cut lumber to createformwork components with attention to detail. Assemble formworkcomponents using various tools and techniques. Coordinate with ironworkers to accurately position reinforcing steel (rebar) within theconcrete forms. Assist with the concrete pouring process, ensuringproper placement and consolidation of concrete within the forms. Inspectformwork for accuracy and stability before concrete pours, identifyingand correcting any potential issues. Carefully remove completed formsafter concrete curing, clean up the work area, and maintain site safety.May mentor and train less experienced concrete carpenters on propertechniques and safety procedures.
