As the Director - Strategic Initiatives, you willlead highimpact, crossfunctional programs that accelerate TDS Telecom'sfiber deployment strategy and strengthen operational excellence acrossthe organization. You will drive strategic planning, align stakeholders,and ensure disciplined project management and execution of flagshipinitiatives, including modernization of systems that support the fullfiber build lifecycle. In this role, you will work closely with the VicePresident - Growth & Transformation and senior leaders across thebusiness to identify, incubate, and scale capabilities that enhancespeed, efficiency, and overall performance. You will bring deeptelecommunications expertise, experience in business transformation, anda strong understanding of investment strategy to advance initiativesthat shape our operational future and fuel longterm growth. This rolerequires consistent travel to Madison, WI, to collaborate with seniorleaders and engage directly with key stakeholders. ResponsibilitiesStrategic Initiatives Leadership & Project Management Develop, evaluateand accelerate enterprise initiatives that support the company'sobjectives to build fiber, grow penetration and provide great customerand associate experiences. Deliver high-priority initiatives and driveexcellence in project management and value delivery. SystemsModernization & Operational Efficiency Provide execution leadership forprojects to modernize fiber-related systems to increase automation,improve reporting, and enhance decisionmaking across the end-to-endfiber-build to install process. Identify and implement process redesignopportunities.
