FTE: 0.500000 Standard Hours:20.00 Shift: 3rd Shift Details: 0300-0700, 5 shifts per week with everyother weekend rotation, also includes on call and holiday rotation. JobSummary: Responsible for performing phlebotomy and various technical,non-technical, and clerical functions. EXPERIENCE: Completion of anapproved Phlebotomy program or related health care experience includingdirect patient contact is required. Phlebotomy experience with a minimumof 100 venipunctures is preferred. EDUCATION: High School diploma orequivalent is preferred. LICENSURE: ASCP certification is preferred.SPECIAL SKILLS: Ability to read and write necessary to comprehend andfollow equipment operating instructions, IFUs and complete requireddocumentation. Basic arithmetic calculations necessary to countinstruments and complete count sheets are required. Basic computer,problem-solving and good communication skills are required.
