JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Details Location: Greenfield, WI (GreenfieldHighlands Health Center) - On-Site FTE: 1.000 Standard Hours: 40 Shift:1 Schedule: TBD. Clinic is open Monday-Friday. Start as early as 7am andend at 5 or 6pm. Job Summary: A podiatry Nail Technician is an essentialmember of the patient-centered healthcare team. Under the supervision ofa podiatrist or physician carries out and assists with routine nail andfoot care for patients in an ambulatory medical clinic setting. Mainfocus of job is toenail trimming and callus removal. EXPERIENCEDESCRIPTION: A minimum of 6 months of routine foot and toenail careexperience in a medical clinic or salon setting is required. MedicalAssistant experience is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: High Schooldiploma or equivalent is required. Completion of a licensed nailtechnician or cosmetologist program is required. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:State of WI license as a cosmetologist or a manicurist. American HeartAssociation (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS)or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
