Position can be based in Milwaukee, WI or Kohler, WISpecific Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution ofchannel marketing strategies that drive growth while overseeing andsupporting the channel team. Support partner onboarding with tools,training, and enablement resources. Collaborate with demandgeneration teams on campaigns and MDF management. Own key KPIs andanalyze performance to optimize partner success. Monitor competitivetrends and share insights that shape strategy. Lead partnercommunications and ensure strong brand alignment. Manage tradeshowand partner event activities. Partner cross-functionally with sales,product marketing, and operations. People leader of channel teamRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; MBA aplus. 8-10 years in channel or product marketing with measurableimpact. Budget or P&L experience (3+ years). Leadership orcoaching experience. Strong analytical, communication, and strategicplanning skills. High ownership, creativity, and results-drivenmindset. Travel Up to ~25%, depending on role.
