RoleLocation is Brown Deer, WI: Hybrid (three days in-office, two daysvirtual) About The Role: In this role, you will be part of an excitinggroup dedicated to the balancing and reconciling of settlementactivities for the Bill Payment (Digital Payments) business. This rolealso requires a fair degree of interaction and networking with ourbusiness counterparts to trouble shoot any issues that may arise and/orassist in successfully navigating through the waters of constant change.Our team's focus is on internal and external controls for very largevolumes of monetary activities. What You Will Be Doing:Utilizes internal and external settlement systems and data to prepareand complete balancing schedules and cash account reconciliationsUtilize settlement systems/data and bank-provided systems to prepare andrecord general ledger journal entries Monitors and/or processes paymentsand payment files in conjunction with settlement procedures andpolicies.
