FTE: 1.000000 Standard Hours: 40.00 Shift: Shift 1 ShiftDetails: TBD Holidays: No Weekends: No Job Summary: Under generalsupervision coordinates operations of the PASR team in a manner thatfacilitates efficient and patient focused scheduling of services.Coordinates education, workflow enhancement to ensure organizationalobjectives. Requires a focus on customer service during all patient andstaff interactions. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 3 years ofprior experience as a receptionist/assistant or customer service fieldis required. A minimum of 3-5 years of prior informal or formalleadership experience is preferred. Experience in a medical/healthcaresetting is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: High School diploma orequivalent is required. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Effectivecommunication skills, oral and written required. Ability to multi-task.Strong proactive organizational skills a must. Must have excellentcustomer service skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook andWord. Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Visio is preferred.
