Senior UX/UI Web Designer - LATAM

Job Description We are seeking a a Senior UX/UI Web Designer to support an enterprise website restructuring initiative focused on improving navigation, layout structure, and overall user experience across an existing corporate website. This role will translate an established site architecture into intuitive, responsive web designs, create high-fidelity layouts in Figma, and partner closely with developers during implementation. The designer will help refine menu systems, ensure visual consistency across pages, and support design validation throughout build and launch phases. This position is best suited for a designer with strong marketing or content-driven website experience who is comfortable working hands-on through execution rather than early-stage product discovery.
