Training Liaison Officer Location FL - Orlando Job Code 13795 # of openings 1 Apply Now ( The Alakau2019ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is looking for a Training Liaison Officer to provide operations, administrative, and program support for an existing government customer in Orlando, Florida. DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES: + Provide Training Liaison Officer Support for PM TRASYS MCSC + Identify and address the Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements during system design, acquisition, fielding, sustainment and disposal. + Performing various analysis and drafting acquisition documentation to document findings and recommendations for cycle support of training systems/devices/support infrastructure. + Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), fielding and provisioning conferences and other meetings as required as the logistics subject matter expert. + Provide logistics support in accordance with the Defense Acquisition Guidebook, SECNAVINST 5000.2E, and MCO 5311.1D Total Force Structure Management Process. + Other duties as assigned. REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: At least a bacheloru2019s degree is preferred. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: + At least two to four (2-4) years of experience. + Familiarity of Government Acquisitions. + Familiarity of Training System Liaison Support + Experience with Global Combat Support System (GCSS) and/or Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) . + Experience with provisioning, assigning National Stock Numbers (NSNs) and birthing records. + Solid working knowledge of subject matter. + Ability to work under general supervision. + Ability to handle moderately complex issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff. + Ability to provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group. + Strong oral and written communication and computer skills. + Ability to organize and deliver logistics deliverables in concise straight forward English. + Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. + Must be able to travel at least 25% of the time. DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: + Mathematical, analytical thinking, statistical, and problem-solving skills. + Familiarity with fielding plans, disposal plans, and Item Unique Identification (IUI) Plans. REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE: + Must be a US citizen. + Ability to pass a Tier I background investigation.
