Senior Closing Specialist, Vylla

Come join our team and work from home The Senior Closing Specialist will be responsible for completing all closing tasks including all title and lender clearance items to ensure a timely and smooth closing. Perform all duties in accordance with the companyu2019s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00 an hour + monthly incentives. What you'll do u2022 Manage assigned pipeline of closing orders to complete settlements in a timely manner. u2022 Handle client escalations associated with the closing process. u2022 Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory practices surrounding the title and settlement business. u2022 Train personnel as necessary as assigned by management to support the business objectives. u2022 Ensuring accurate and timely client communication throughout the closing process. u2022 Assist with completing initial fee sheets and revising fee sheets as needed. u2022 Assist with managing the deed requests as needed. u2022 Assist with scheduling of notary appointments as needed. u2022 Provides feedback and details to management on any internal or external issues that could identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations What you'll need: u2022 High school diploma or equivalent work experience u2022 Three (3) of title, settlement services/escrow or mortgage experience. u2022 Escrow/Closing experience preferred. u2022 State title / escrow licenses preferred where necessary u2022 Refinance closing experience preferred Our Company: Vylla Title, LLC is part of The Carrington Companies.
