For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ Rate: $25.00 to $30.00/hr. w2 Responsibilities: Responsibilities + Partner with brand execution teams and third-party suppliers to execute live production for print and direct mail. + Serve as the liaison between suppliers and lines of business to ensure alignment and timely delivery. + Develop and communicate production instructions to external suppliers, ensuring quality control and compliance with consumer laws and regulations. + Manage projects focused on efficiency, cost savings, and supplier-level quality improvements. + Resolve escalated customer complaints and supplier issues, identifying feedback and trends. + Monitor and report on operations metrics to maintain performance standards. + Oversee daily operations and performance across assigned production workflows. + Identify, develop, and implement process improvements. + Lead project management activities to meet deadlines and deliverables. + Support creative development and research for production initiatives. Experience Requirements: Experience Requirements + At least 1 year of print production experience. + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Organizational skills that support project deliverables. + Ability to pivot and solve problems when issues arise. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google products, and production software. + 1 year of process management or 1 year of project management experience (preferred). + 2 years of print production experience (preferred). + 1 year of third-party supplier management experience (preferred). + Lean, Agile, or Business Process Management certification (preferred).
