Courier DOT

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Driver / operator of company vehicles. Providescourteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages. Checksshipments for conformance to FedEx features of service and providesrelated customer service functions. Performs other duties as assigned.Minimum Education High school diploma/GED. Must be licensed for type ofvehicle assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to lift 50lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. withappropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person. Good humanrelations and verbal communication skills. Neat appearance sincecustomer contact is required. Must meet qualifications as outlined insection 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier safety regulations. Requiresmedical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations. Non-coveredsafety-sensitive position. Medical exam required. Ability to work in aconstant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Must be at least 21years of age. Ability to read and speak the English languagesufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with trafficsafety officials and to respond to official inquiries and directions inaccordance with FMCSA enforcement guidance. Preferred Qualifications:Pay Transparency: Pay: $22.10 per hour PLUS $2.00 per hour pay premiumfor all hours worked.
