This role ensures equipment operates safely,efficiently, and with minimal downtime in support of production andfacility operations. Key Job Responsibilities Install, assemble,dismantle, and relocate industrial machinery and equipment Performpreventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanicalsystems Troubleshoot mechanical failures and determine root causesAlign, level, and balance machinery using precision tools Repair orreplace bearings, gearboxes, shafts, couplings, pumps, conveyors, andhydraulic/pneumatic components Read and interpret blueprints,schematics, technical manuals, and work orders Operate lifting andrigging equipment safely (hoists, cranes, forklifts, slings) Conductinspections to identify wear, misalignment, or safety issues Maintainaccurate maintenance records and complete work documentation Collaboratewith electricians, operators, engineers, and supervisors Follow allsafety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and regulatory requirementsParticipate in continuous improvement and reliability initiativesQualifications/Requirements High school diploma or equivalentJourneyperson Millwright certification or equivalent experience Provenexperience maintaining industrial or heavy mechanical equipment Strongmechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to read technicaldrawings and manuals Experience with precision measurement toolsKnowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, and power transmissionsystems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Successfullycomplete Komatsu FC-3 Welding Certification Test PreferredQualifications Trade certification (Red Seal or equivalent) Experiencein manufacturing, mining, pulp & paper, steel, or heavy industryWelding, machining, or fabrication experience Experience with CMMSsystems Vibration analysis or condition monitoring experience Physical &Work Requirements Ability to lift and move heavy components (withassistance or lifting devices) Ability to work at heights, in confinedspaces, and in industrial environments Willingness to work shifts,overtime, weekends,...
