Job Summary The Operations Liaison will manage and streamline customer-facing administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication with clients, maintaining accurate billing records, and keeping customers informed about service schedules and updates in their specific customer portals Essential Duties & Responsibilities u2022 Serve as the bridge in communication between our customers, coordinators and their system portals u2022 Point of contact with clients regarding invoices and services. u2022 Provide timely updates to customers regarding service schedules, changes, and follow-ups. u2022 Manage and update customer billing portals with timely information u2022 Monitor payment statuses and kickbacks on outstanding invoices. u2022 Upload necessary documentation, reports and service-related records to customer portals u2022 Track and process NTE (Not to Exceed) increases u2022 Communicate with customers regarding approvals, ETAu2019s and communication in general on the status of work. u2022 Support resolving billing related service issues. u2022 Work with Billing, Coordinators and customers to bridge the gap in communication. u2022 Additional Admin related tasks that help streamline this communication and provide the customer with the most up to date information. u2022 Other duties as assigned Qualifications u2022 High School Diploma preferred or equivalent experience u2022 2 years' experience in an office environment. u2022 Microsoft Excel and Word experience required u2022 Strong oral and written communication skills u2022 Excellent organization and interpersonal skills u2022 Excellent customer service communications #Mesa #LI-Mesa #LI-HVACjobs #LI-Onsite Equal Opportunity Employer As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
