Construction Foreman Crew Lead

JOB REQUIREMENTS: On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Overtime opportunities, and year-round work Pay Range:$30.00-$40.00 an hour, depending on experience We're looking for areliable, safety-minded worker who knows how to handle trucks andtrailers and isn't afraid to jump in and help the crew. This role ismore than just driving-you'll also support installers on the ground,communicate with the GC, and serve as the competent person who candirect, lead, and motivate the team. If you take pride in doing thingsthe right way and keeping equipment in top shape, you'll fit right in.Key Responsibilities: Safely operate pickup trucks with trailers and26-ft box trucks Confidently back trailers into tight jobsites Properlyhitch trailers and verify brake controller settings Perform dailyvehicle and trailer inspections Secure all equipment and materialsAssist crews with setup and breakdown Maintain clean, organized vehiclesFollow all safety and driving policies (NO phone use while driving)Communicate professionally with the General Contractor and represent thecompany on-site Act as the competent person who can direct, support, andmotivate crews Step in to help installers when needed-not just driveQualifications: Valid Driver's License (non-CDL) Legally eligible tomaintain a driver's license Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)Proven experience towing large trailers Ability to back trailersconfidently English-speaking and reliable Strong communication skillsand the ability to lead by example Comfortable taking initiative andsupporting field crews Physical Demands This job involves regularphysical work, including standing, walking, bending, climbing in and outof trucks, and moving around active job sites. You'll need to lift andcarry up to 25-30 pounds, handle tools and tie-downs, and work outdoorsin all kinds of weather. Safe driving, clear communication, and goodvision and hearing are important for operating trucks and backingtrailers.
