JOB REQUIREMENTS: On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Overtime opportunities, and year-round work Pay Range:$20.00-$28.00 an hour, depending on experience We are seeking askilled and dedicated Commercial Insulation Installer to join thePRO-Foamers team. Key Responsibilities: Complete prep work forinstallation, including caulking and taping Use hand tools, power tools,and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently during installationRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determineinsulation placement and specifications Collaborate with team members toensure timely project completion while maintaining safety standardsMaintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to OSHAregulations and safety protocols Assist in the fabrication of custominsulation components or modifications as required for specific projectsAbility to stay overnight when we have to work long distancesRequirements: Valid driver's license Construction site experience,preferably in insulation or related trades (carpentry, roofing, masonry)Proficiency with hand tools (knives, tape measures) and power tools(saws, drills) Willing and able to work in indoor and outdoorenvironments Willing to travel throughout Wisconsin Ability to worksafely at heights or in confined spaces as required by the projectAbility to read blueprints and technical drawings is a plus Bilingual isa plus Previous insulation experience is a plus Reasonableaccommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities tomeet the essential qualifications of the role Physical Demands: Thisrole involves regular physical work, including standing, walking,bending, lifting, and moving around active construction stallers must be able to lift and carry insulation materials andequipment (typically up to 25-30 pounds), work at heights or in confinedspaces, climb ladders, use hand and power tools, and work indoors oroutdoors in all weather conditions. The job also requires enough vision,hearing, and manual dexterity to safely operate tools, readmeasurements, and communicate with the crew.
