Responsibilities for this Statewide Project Manager job include: u00b7 Perform general office administrative functions (Microsoft word, excel, and or data entry). u00b7 Provides administrative and customer support to the Kentucky Real Estate Commission and its licensees. u00b7 Researches, analyzes, and resolves information related questions within a complex program. Performs other duties as assigned. u00b7 Review and process complex license applications, license renewal applications, and other license-related paperwork for the Kentucky Real Estate Commission u00b7 Provide front-line customer service to consumers and licensees. u00b7 Perform other general Kentucky Real Estate Commission support functions as necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service. u00b7 Assist board administrators with various tasks during periods of high volume. u00b7 Performs other duties as assigned.
