Specific Responsibilities: Build, configure, and rebuild PCs and laptops. Set up and enrollmobile phones and other mobile devices. Manage and resolve ticketssubmitted through the IT Helpdesk system. Conduct audits to ensurecompliance with the company's Acceptable Usage Policy. Maintainaccurate records of IT assets and support general asset lifecyclemanagement. Purchase IT equipment locally in accordance with companyprocedures. Assist in the maintenance and development of theorganization's Helpdesk system. Administer, repair, and replacemobile communication devices as needed. Support internal and externalaudits related to IT operations. Manage user and departmentalrequests for IT purchases. Monitor and maintain stock levels for ITequipment, ordering replacements when required. Update and maintainthe IT asset register in collaboration with the wider IT frastructure & Hardware Manage network patching for users, servers,and network equipment, ensuring proper cable management and a tidyserver environment. Add or remove network equipment and servers fromracks or cabinets as directed by senior infrastructure staff. Performgeneral server cabinet maintenance, including cleaning and filterchanges.
