As an Assistant Property Manager you'd beresponsible for leasing apartments, handling resident relations, andconducting various office duties. KeyResponsibilities: Lead FRED's lease renewal process and communityretention initiatives through ongoing relationship management andorganizing resident events. Manage the lease process including leasing,application assistance, screening, lease preparation, and move ins withaccuracy ensuring resident satisfaction and meeting target occupancylevels. Oversee delinquencies and initiate the eviction process whennecessary, maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations tomaintain financial balance of the property. Play a key role inaccounting and financial matters, e.g. collecting rent, postingpayments, uploading invoices, and updating monthly financial statements.Assist with social media and other marketing campaigns, contributing toour property's visibility and reputation. General Requirements: Priorexperience in property management, sales, banking, teaching, orhospitality industry is preferred but not required. Experience withproperty management software preferred. Adhere to fair housing laws,OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies (training provided).Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license with good driving record, andauto insurance. Strong written and verbal communication skills toarticulate how fantastic it is to live at one of FRED's properties.Schedule: Full-time hours, including weekends as needed.
