Employment Type:Full timeShift:Description:Offering $15,000 Sign-On Bonus, Day 1 Benefits, and Mileage ReimbursementLivingston County coverageHours: 5pm- 8am Hospice Admission Nurse (RN)Basic Job Function SummaryThe Hospice Admission Nurse (RN) provides compassionate, patient-centered care by utilizing critical thinking skills to perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver high-quality hospice services. This role ensures comfort and dignity for patients and their families in alignment with the interdisciplinary care plan and regulatory standards.
