THIS POSITION WILL BE ONSITE IN Tukwila, WAWhat you will doResponsibilities include but are not limited toassistingthe Construction Managers and Project Managers with coordination/ documentation, ordering of equipment for Install base projects including day-to-day general office duties as assigned for fire alarm,suppressionand sprinkler.How you will do itOperations Administrative Support uploading and Maintaining Projects and Contracts via Job Design/ BBIMonitor status of small projects (fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler) Communicate with customers and sale reps as to when material and/or labor isrequired.Ensure that required engineering is performed to meet customerexpectations.Coordinate with TIS supervisor and/or construction manager customer’s laborrequirements.Order equipment, ensure that customer receives material whenneeded.Report to department managers project status.Processchangeorders, releasing equipment, filing, Certificate of Insurance, Warranty LettersBilling of projects; compiling back-ups such as Certified Payroll, work tickets etc.Handling customer/ contract disputes as needed.Coordinate delivery of equipment to the jobsiteCoordinate delivery of close-outdocumentsCreation of purchase orders for subcontractorsProcurement and verification of project schedulesAttend work in progressmeetings.Tracking of project RFI’s, change orders and other pertinentdocumentation.Coordination/ Follow Ups with Sales Teamregardingproject bookings; releasing of jobs from COE/ Credit holds etc.Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR)Act as the facilitator and point-person for information sharing between OTC, District, and select customers as directed byACSMSupport Dispute Resolution in resolving disputes when requested by the AR Collectors or the Dispute team.Contact customers when identified as necessary as part of DMS or forvery simplereasons.What we look forRequiredProficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, EXCEL, Power PointValid driver's license witha good drivingrecordHigh School diploma or equivalentAbility to multi-task and prioritize among assignments with a strong adherence todeadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be organized, detail oriented and self-motivating.Must Pass a pre-employment background check and drugscreenPositive Attitudea mustPunctual and AccountableExperience dealing withcustomers PreferredAssociates Degreepreferred 3 to 5 years of related experienceExperience in a high-volume, customer service-oriented position Electrical/ Construction industry experience ishelpful HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $28-38 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
