Sales & Marketing Specialist for Outdoor StructuresFull-time Position $24-26 an hour after training Location Morrison, TN About the PositionWe're looking for a highly motivated, self-organized sales & marketing expert who loves to engage with customers both in-person and through online communications. You will need to be able to engage customers with interest and lead the conversations with meaningful and engaging questions to find the best solution for their need. New leads must be responded to immediately, and inquiries must be driven forward with consistent follow-up across text, phone, and email. This role requires taking the lead in sales, careful customer qualification (including rent-to-own), consistent CRM use, and marketing support (marketplace listings, social updates, local marketing research).If you can communicate clearly, ask leading questions, love keeping a pipeline moving, and thrive on serving your customer-this opportunity may be a great fit.Key Responsibilities 1. Leading Sales and Product GuidanceBecome an expert in sheds, carports, garages, cabins, and other custom structures, and confidently explain and recommend the right solution for each customer's situation.Clearly explain differences in use and types of structures, pros/cons, and customer outcomes and how it fits in their story (not just presenting features and specs).Ask strong discovery questions to understand customer goals, timeline, budget, site constraints, and intended use.Address common difficulties with confidence, including local zoning and permitting, HOA concerns, setbacks, and site placement limitations. Rent-to-Own (RTO), Delivery, Site Prep, and Permitting BasicsUnderstand and communicate rent-to-own vs. purchase options and help match customers to the right path.Vet customers to ensure their situation is suitable for RTO or sale (budget fit, expectations, readiness, property/permission suitability).Educate customers on delivery/site prep requirements (access, site details, clearance, ground conditions).Help customers begin permit research by guiding them through common questions and helping them get started with knowing who to call. Response Time and Consistent Follow-UpRespond quickly and professionally to every inquiry with urgency and enthusiasm.Manage persistent follow-up via text, phone calls, and email until the lead reaches a clear outcome.Keep communication friendly, helpful, and aligned with company service standards-without being municate well with the sales manager and director of sales without abandoning personal responsibility. CRM + Paperwork PrecisionMaintain accurate, detailed CRM records: notes, next steps, tasks, contact info, and lead status updates.Stay detail-oriented with paperwork, build sheets, contracts, and customer municate updates, ideas, and results clearly to management.Set daily goals, manage schedules, and work independently while coordinating with the team. Marketing SupportAssist with social posting, marketplace listings, and online updatesMonitor and report local competition and market trends and share insights/opportunities with leadership.Help support marketing endeavors with ad copy that feels natural, engaging, and on-brand On-Lot Sales / Site ChecksWilling and able to work in a sales lot office and care for in-person inquiries, do occasional site checks, and light physical tasks when needed.Personal Skills & Traits for SuccessStrong consultative sales mindset: can translate specs into customer benefits and desired outcomes.
