As the HR Advisor, you will:Provide support to HR, management, and union representatives.Administer and interpret the collective bargaining agreement (CBA).Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.Coach and support supervisors and employees to enhance performance and engagement.Conduct investigations and resolve employee concerns promptly and fairly.Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for both hourly and salaried positions.Partner with HR and Operations to ensure staffing levels meet production needs.Support position management, pre-boarding, new hire orientation, onboarding, and training activities.Assist with payroll, benefits, and HRIS processes in coordination with Corporate HR.Contribute to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.There's nobody quite like you! Respect your true nature by putting forward your strengths: Basic QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role.SHRM certificationstrongly preferred.Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentstrongly preferred.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.Proven ability to build trust and credibility with both hourly and salaried employees.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Labor relations experience, including contract interpretation and grievance administration.We look forward to meeting you!Cascades believes in the success of an inclusive organization that values diversity within its team.
