Name Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA), CA Address th Street - nd Floor City Name Sacramento State Name CA-California Zip Code If others (Address) Bill Rate Min: $ Max: $ Pay Rate Min: $ Max: $ Mark up % (if any) Duration of the project Project Start Date Dec- Project End Date Five years Due date for Resume submission No. of Openings No. of Maximum Submissions Job Description • Perform the review of the task order requirements with SMEs and other key personnel. • Collaborate with the clients and the internal team to ensure the correct understanding of the client requirements. • Build strong customer relationships, including key customer stakeholders and sponsors. • Work with internal team in developing project plans, schedules, and budget etc. • Coordinate with the service delivery team to ensure alignment with the customer requirements. • Coordinate with the clients on personnel issue resolution. • Administer all company systems for employees. • Manage customer expectations and ensures customer satisfaction. • Develop processes for task specific requirements and ensure that services meet the expected outcomes. • Ensure timely transfer of the progress reports, employment statistics, and contract reports to the executive management and the client. • Run weekly and monthly statistics reports. Skill set info Strong experience of working with staffing agencies/govt clients Ability to understand and fulfill contract requirements, SLAs, and compliance mandates. Skilled in coordinating between government client contacts, internal recruiters, and legal/compliance teams. Deep knowledge of staffing operations: recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, retention strategies. Experience managing multiple requisitions and placements under a master contract or government BPA (Blanket Purchase Agreement). Familiarity with both staff augmentation and deliverables-based work orders. Understanding of government procurement practices and labor regulations (, FAR, SCA, E-Verify, OFCCP). Knowledge of security clearance processes (Public Trust, Secret/Top Secret) where applicable. Ability to ensure I-, W-, EEO, and background requirements are met per client guidelines. Ability to manage deliverables, meet hiring deadlines, and oversee performance KPIs (time-to-fill, retention, quality). Skilled in issue escalation, performance tracking, reporting, and corrective actions. Experience with project management tools or platforms (, JobDiva). Education Educational Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related.
