Execute a variety of tasks using standard operating procedures, documenting service records accurately. Address customer inquiries professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary. Assist senior technicians during complex installations and repairs, learning from their expertise. Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and stay updated on new products. Skills Required: Strong troubleshooting abilities Proficient in documentation and reporting Experience with product installation and maintenance Understanding of regulatory requirements Basic knowledge of engineering fundamentals Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques High School Diploma or Vocational Education required.
