What Youu2019ll Do Lead complex catastrophic injury and commercial trucking cases from intake through verdict. Serve as first-chair trial counsel, developing and executing litigation strategy. Take and defend expert depositions in high-exposure matters. Break down corporate structures and pursue layered liability theories. Navigate multi-million-dollar insurance towers and coverage disputes. Advocate for clients whose lives have been permanently altered. Licensing & Experience Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas 3+ years of progressive experience taking personal injury cases to trial Significant first-chair trial experience Proven record trying catastrophic injury cases Exceptional writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills Commanding jury presence and persuasive communication style Compensation & Benefits We value high-level trial talent and compensate accordingly.
