THE ROLE:Join the Pro2col team here at Herbalife as our new Development Manager.Build, empower, and scale high-performing innovation engineering teams that transform ambiguous ideas into validated, scalable digital products with real business impact.In this role, you’ll create the conditions for innovation to thrive — balancing technical excellence with strong people leadership and a thoughtful transition from exploration to execution. You’ll shape environments where teams can experiment, learn quickly, and confidently scale what works.As a leader, you’ll guide engineers to do more than ship software.
