Opportunity: Door PersonGreet each guest in a friendly and professional manner at the front door of the hotel and maintain the appearance of the front door area in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards. Potential Career PathGuest Service Agent- Bell Captain - Front Office ManagerEssential Job FunctionsOpen vehicle and hotel doors and greet guests upon arrival and departure.Hail taxis as needed.Respond to guest questions and provide information about local attractions, events and daily activities in the hotel.Greet V.I.P. and repeat guests by name.Sweep and mop the floor and outside door area daily to maintain an organized and clean appearance.Maintain knowledge of all emergency procedures, including guest-related responsibilities and evacuation procedures.
