All Ways Caring HomeCareCoordinate all employee education programming for assigned area including scheduling, carrying out, assessing training needs, and monitoring training sessions to ensure correct information is being delivered.Conducts training and development programs for employees and maintains documentation of training receivedPlans, directs, and/or coordinates the training and development activities of the assigned service site(s)Conducts assessment of training needs of all employeesSchedules training per assessed needsCoordinates and instructs training and communication programs to support the company’s objectives and to meet state requirementsFollows established new employee and Annual Refresher training curriculumsNotifies employees 30 days prior to any expiration dates to ensure up-to-date training recordsEnsures adequate supplies for all scheduled trainingEnsures comfortable location for all scheduled trainingEnsures that scheduled training is well advertised to reach all targeted employeesMaintains records of training activities and employee progress in approved tracking systemMonitors and reports effectiveness of training efforts and programsProvides reports to branches regarding effectiveness of training programs as neededWhen holding training, ensures employees are comfortable and able to focus on learningEnsures that people feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and asking appropriate questionsBe flexible as needed to alter schedules and topic to address employee majority needsEnsures that the employee education process is as positive as possibleAssesses employee learning experience via an anonymous feedback survey following each training and change your methods/topics as needed to accommodate these commentsMonitors feedback received during training sessions and adjust curriculums accordingly as allowed by approved curriculumPartners with Operation Leaders and HR to determine additional training needs based on trendsOther duties as assignedHigh school diploma or GEDKnowledge and/or experience of caregiving responsibilities and/or training of caregiversBachelor’s or Associates degree preferredOne year experience delivering various training topics to various audiencesAll Ways Caring HomeCare delivers quality, compassionate, and individualized care and support that helps people in need of assistance stay at home - all while maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence.
