Your key responsibilities include creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, efficiently managing details, and nurturing strong relationships.This role involves engagement with prospective students and their families, handling phone inquiries, and managing administrative tasks.Salary: $18 - $20 per hour*This is a Temporary Position*Assist with tours for campus guests and visitorsHas a friendly and approachable demeanor who can easily establish a rapport with visitors - including potential students, families, UTI colleagues, and industry partners.Can handle visitor inquiries, concerns, and requests in a proactive and professional manner.Able to work collaboratively with team members to address any issues promptly and effectively.Education / ExperienceHigh School diploma or GED required.1-2 years of in‑person customer-facing experience welcoming guests, leading tours, or managing a front desk environment is required.Previous experience with multi-line phone system strongly preferred.Bilingual in Spanish preferredSkillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and highly visible environment.Ability to maintain a professional and approachable demeanor.Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and visitors (written and verbal).Ability to work well with a variety of styles and personalities.Possess excellent customer service skills.Knowledge of Microsoft Office softwareConfidence in public speakingAbout Universal Technical Institute:It’s all about reputation. 60 years of experience, trusted by 35+ industry-leading brands, 16 campuses, and 16 technical programs.
