Comfort AdvisorThe Comfort Advisor is responsible for providing in‑home consultations, educating customers on comfort solutions, and recommending systems that enhance indoor air quality, safety, and energy efficiency. This role requires exceptional communication skills, technical understanding of HVAC systems, and the ability to build trust while guiding customers through the decision‑making process.Responsibilities:Educate homeowners on modern HVAC comfort systems, efficiency options, indoor air quality solutions, and system benefitsConduct comfort and safety assessments by asking targeted questions to understand customer needsExplain findings and system recommendations in a clear, easy‑to‑understand manner.Prepare professional HVAC system proposals following company pricing standards and manufacturer guidelinesObtain customer approval and signed agreements for recommended systems and servicesEnsure all proposals are accurate, profitable, and aligned with company value and quality standardsMaintain a professional appearance, attitude, and communication style in all customer interactionsConduct follow‑up site visits to ensure satisfaction, installation readiness, and project accuracyMaintain contact with customers throughout installation to confirm their expectations are metReview project details with the department manager for quality and accuracyCommunicate system specs, installation details, financing information, and scheduling needs to support staff in a timely mannerSubmit photos, forms, and documentation promptly to ensure projects flow smoothlyProvide installers with complete job details using written instructions, drawings, photos, and verbal guidanceStay in communication with installation teams throughout the job to support a high‑quality installationActively seek referrals from satisfied homeownersProspect for new customers through outbound calls and follow‑upsParticipate in company sales meetings, HVAC product training, and technical training sessionsQualifications:Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative sales skills.Ability to explain HVAC concepts clearly to non‑technical customers.Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple appointments.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Previous HVAC or in‑home sales experience is highly preferred.Compensation:This position is commission‑onlyUncapped earningsPerformance bonuses and spiffs availableThis is a commission‑only sales position.
