One California.As the Director of Laboratory Services for St. John's Regional Medical Center and St. John's Hospital Camarillo, you will direct and oversee the 24-hour operations of the clinical laboratories to meet our organizational needs and ensure compliance with federal and state requirements. You will direct, plan, organize and implement strategies and key initiatives to enhance and support the operations of the clinical laboratories to ensure high quality, efficient, and cost-effective operations. You will also direct and oversee laboratory specimen collection, processing, on-site, point of care, and send-out testing services.In this role you will collaborate with hospital administrative and clinical leaders in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures, programs, and initiatives that support the mission, growth and success of St. John's Hospitals.
