TheAssociate HR Business Partneris a high-performing HR professional whobuildstrusted partnerships with leadersand their teams todeliver a high level of value-added serviceandact as a champion for positive change.This role provides“senior generalist”level support and consultation in the key disciplines of Human Resourcesthroughoutthe employee lifecycle, fromonboardingto offboarding.Additionally,the Associate HR Business Partnerwillmanagethe recruitment process for salaried blue-collar, non-manufacturing roleswithin their assigned business unit. Business PartnerCollaborate with business leadersand Corporate HR Directortoimplement HR strategies that align with organizational objectivesAssist withthedesign and delivery ofacomprehensiveonboarding programto integrate new hiresintoassignedbusinessunitsWork cross-functionallyonthedevelopmentandimplementation ofcontinuouslearningandtrainingprograms to support employee developmentand enhance business unit effectivenessFacilitate annual talent review and succession planning processwith business leaders;create action plansfortalent prioritiesandpartner with leaderson executionSupport thecontinuousperformancemanagement process, providing guidance and training on performance feedback, goal setting, and development plansAssist in the development of strategiesthat positively impactemployee engagement,retention,and drivecultureManageemployee relationsmatters,including resolvinginternalconflicts, problem solving and dispute resolution,andconducting formal investigationsFacilitate the offboarding processfordeparting employees;assist leaders withplanningthetransitionof work anddefiningbackfill strategyExecute company-wide HR programs, policies, and procedures; suggest modifications or adjustments for specific business units that are assignedTalent AcquisitionManage theend-to-endrecruiting process for blue collar, non-manufacturing roles, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and hiringPartner with the Talent Acquisitionteam to build hiring strategies and a talent pipeline to fill openings;participate inlocaljob fairs, career events, and other recruiting activities as neededEnsure compliance by following recruitment processes, rules, and regulations to include proper documentation and dispositioning of candidatesMaintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates, searches, and hiring manager interactions to ensure audit readinessManage the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate record-keepingExperience andEducation:2-3yearsofexperienceinanHR Generalist role;experience providing HR supportacross multiple business locationsis strongly preferredBachelor’s degree in Human Resourcesor related field required;equivalent experiencewill be consideredExperienceconductingemployee relations investigationsSome recruiting experience is preferred, but not requiredPHR, SPHR or other HR Certificationisa plusSkills and Abilities:Connect with employees and build strong relationships with leadersAbility to understand the connection between HRstrategies,business goalsandoperational needsof the organizationAdapt to changing priorities and tasks quickly; effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining customer and results focusStrongcommunication andconsultativeskills;able to translatecomplexsituations or ideas into aquick,digestible formatConfidently adapt to change in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environmentAbility tocomprehendandinterpretapplicableemploymentlaws, guidelines, regulations, ordinancesand policiesas it relates to the organizationSolution-based mindset withadesire to uncover business gaps and solve problemsProficient with HRIS and recruiting softwareis a plusTravel:Willing to travel for client group business meetings or location visits, as needed.
