Offering an unmatched, 360-degree solution set for a collection of world-class owned venues and a client roster that includes the most influential, highest attended arenas, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions on the planet.Reporting to theParking Manager, the Parking Supervisor will manage day-to-day event parking, transportation atVenue, Iowa State University.Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matchingThis role pays an hourly rate of $17.00This position will remain open until May 29, 2026.Maintaincore values while working onproperty.Inspect parking lots several times throughoutday.Ensuresafe and efficient traffic patterns for allguests.Assistmanagerwith event day operations ofparkinglotsand trafficflow.Assist Managerwith traffic management program and creating Traffic Command Center in SOCmonitoringreal-time parking data.Assist Managerwith enforcement of employee parkingprogram.Ensure event day checklists arefollowed & completedforentiretyofevent.Ensure campus is set up and lotsareready forevent.Report traffic incidents in lots to manager.Perform traffic material/supply inventory along with our parkingoperations.Perform inventory management.Assist Managerby gathering information to respond to guest inquires andinvestigatecomplaints/concerns.Assistingwith the continuous evaluation and adjustment pedestrian and vehicle wayfinding signage program.High school education or equivalent. Must have one (1)yearpreviousexperience.Previous supervisory experience preferred.Core customercommunication skills. Ability to work effectively as a team player. Must have flexibility to work shifts on weekdays, weekday evenings, weekends, earlymorningsand late nights and outdoors in all weather conditions. Experience working in the customer service industry is a plus.
